Tampa Bay Buccaneers Draft Rumors: Darrelle Revis Trade Gets Cornerback First Pitch At Rays-Yankees Game As Team Targets Tyler Eifert and Desmond Trufant (VIDEO)

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers pulled off one of the biggest trades of the offseason by acquiring Darrelle Revis from the New York Jets and the star cornerback wasted no time on Monday as he arrived in Florida, throwing out the first pitch at the Rays game.

According to Newsday.com, Revis threw out the first pitch to Matt Joyce on Monday ahead of the Rays' 5-1 win over CC Sabathia and the Yankees, showing off his arm to all the Tampa fans on his first day in town. The Rays showed him a good time and Revis now has a six-year, $96 million contract after dealing with some instability and contract disputes with the Jets for years.

While the contract is not guaranteed, it basically is, since the team is not going to cut him after one year and he will make $32 million after two. The Buccaneers have new draft plans after the trade and even though they dealt away their first round pick for Revis, they could go after Desmond Trufant or Xavier Rhodes, as it would give them one of the best groups of cornerbacks in the league with Eric Wright and Revis.

Another option for the team is Tyler Eifert or Zach Ertz at tight end, as Dallas Clark showed signs of age last season and each could be a huge boost for Josh Freeman going forward as he develops.
