NASCAR driver Tony Stewart will learn his fate from the grand jury regarding the death of Kevin Ward Jr. at a race track in Watkins Glen last month where Stewart struck and killed the driver while competing in a lower level race, as the Ontario County (N.Y.) District Attorney Michael Tantillo presented the evidence in the case and the jury is ready to decide whether to not to bring criminal charges.
