The New England Patriots responded to Brendon Ayanbadejo Twitter comments on Sunday, but they are doing the right thing and focusing on the game and what's made them successful all season long.

Ayanbadejo must have been extremely bored after criticizing the Patriots' use of the hurry-up offense as if there was a rule against it. It just shows they follow a gameplan and they stick to it.

What difference is using the hurry-up offense than running the play action or calling an audible?

Whatever the case for Ayanbadejo's comments, the point is that the Patriots are not even focusing on them and instead thinking about Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. The linebacker will sure have his hands full in the AFC Championship game, which will be a 2011 rematch between these two teams.

Rob Gronkowski is injured and out for the remainder of the playoffs. However, the Patriots have plenty of weapons remaining on their roster who can still make plays. Tom Brady and the Patriots didn't panic and though they lost The Gronk early in the game against the Houston Texans, but Shane Vereen and Wes Welker were all the they needed in this game.

Somebody should tell Ayanbadejo to drop his phone and pick up footage of the Patriots' hurry-up instead of complaining about their strategy.

The Patriots were the favorite to win in 2007, but the New York Giants got in their way. In 2011, they were in the Super Bowl again and once again it was the pesky Giants who took Brady's chance of capturing his fourth Super Bowl of his career.

Now, in 2012, there are no Giants and thanks to the Ravens, there is no Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos, who looked like the favorite to win the AFC and win the Super Bowl.

The Ravens are a tough squad, which they proved on Saturday after coming back to defeat the Broncos. They beat the Patriots in the regular season, but they are stronger now as they have their defense running on full force.

However, if they gave up 35 points to Manning, how many will the No. 1 offense in the NFL get on Sunday? The Patriots are first in the league in scoring and total yards per game. All they have to do is play a little defense.

Can they win the Super Bowl?

Brady seems to be great against everybody but the Giants. They still have the sour taste in their mouths of Super Bowl XLVI and more recently, of their loss to the Ravens in a controversial game that went to the wire.

The only team that looked capable of matching Brady and the Pats offensively were the Broncos and they are long gone.

Once in the Super Bowl, the Patriots will surely be the favorite to win it all. They will be there for the second consecutive year and it's tough to imagine Bill Belichick losing the big game in consecutive fashion.
