At this time of the year, you would expect all the complications to come out of the NFL playoff picture and mathematically eliminating teams, but no, Kim Kardashian, her baby, Kris Humphries, Kanye West and the state of California are making things a little crazy.

As we know by now, whether through simple research or make believe pictures of what Kimye's child will look like, Kardashian is pregnant with what we all believe is West's baby. They've been everywhere together; basketball games, award shows, movie premieres. You name it and they probably have a picture from the event.

Now, California makes things interesting because according to the state, Kardashian and Humphries, her 72-day husband, forward for the Brooklyn Nets, is still her husband as the two remain legally married and have to honor the Family Code. For the state of California, since they aren't separated, Humphries is the presumed dad.

Kardashian filed for divorce back in October of 2011, but the break up has not been official yet. Adding to the drama, West will have to get a DNA test in order to claim his own child. How crazy is that?

Though not entirely Humphries' fault, you better believe this will add a new saga to the whole Kim, Kris and Kanye story. We've already done some research and noticed how Mr. West is present every time Humphries steps on the floor in Barclays Center

Don't expect West to be shy about keeping this story from his next tracks, whenever the time comes. Notorious for not knowing how to keep thoughts to himself, look for this story to find its way over a dope track and he might feature Jay on it.
