Following their disappointing 1-0 defeat to Lazio last weekend, which saw them move further adrift of Juventus in the race for the Serie A title, Inter Milan will be desperate to pick up all three points against Genoa.
Inter are currently ten points behind Juventus, having played a game less, and could pull back within seven points with a win over a Genoa side which are struggling in the relegation zone.

Genoa are currently second bottom, having picked up just 13 points from 17 games.
However, despite Genoa's lowly position, Inter midfielder Esteban Cambiasso knows the onus will be on his side to ensure they pick up all three points.
"Do I think Genoa will come here to play for a draw? The approach other teams take never bothers me," he told the club's official website. "If you can't win, it's your problem.
"We can't blame anyone else if we don't win. Inter must be good enough to win games. Last year we said we couldn't have another bad season and so far this term the results prove that this team -- and when I say team I mean everyone, not just the 25 players -- know exactly what they are doing. I think we're experiencing a rebirth."
Inter's Gabi Mudingayi, who is currently out injured, also believes his side are capable of wresting the Serie A title away from Juventus.
"It's the Inter I expected to see, and one that has gone out on the pitch doing what the coach asks for," he said. "One that always wants to win, since we've won so many matches. And then clearly during the season there are difficult moments and games in which you aren't at 100 percent.
"So sometimes a loss can come. However, it's an Inter that's always ready to give their all and win. How much have my teammates helped me? Along with the coach they've been supportive, telling me I'll be back soon. When your teammates always ask about you it's something positive that really motivates you."
Expected lineups: Inter Milan: Handanovic; Nagatomo, Samuel, Ranocchia, Pereira; Zanetti, Gargano, Alvarez, Coutinho; Cassano, Milito.
Genoa: Frey; Antonelli, Granqvist, Canini, Moretti; Rossi, Vargas, Seymour, Bertolacci; Immobile, Borriello.
Prediction: 3-1 to Inter Milan
