The 2016 NFL draft has players like Joey Bosa, Jared Goff, Laquon Treadwell, Jalen Ramsey and Carson Wentz generating buzz as potential top five picks. The Tennessee Titans start things off in the draft, followed by the Cleveland Browns, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Titans have the first overall pick in the draft and after picking Marcus Mariota last year, the team is very unlikely to go after a quarterback this time around. Joey Bosa, Laremy Tunsil, DeForest Buckner and Jalen Ramsey all could be potential targets for the team. The Titans have the chance to go for the "best player available" over a need position with this pick and that could lead to Bosa.

The Titans have needs all over the roster and picking Bosa would fit a need and also would fit the "best player" approach. Mel Kiper at ESPN has the team taking Bosa with in his first mock draft, writing that "Bosa has the upside of a star" and that "the best defensive lineman in any draft really transcends need." Bosa is considered to be the top defensive player in the draft and he comes in after putting up 51 tackles for loss while with Ohio State.

The Cleveland Browns pick at number two and the feeling around the NFL and in the media is that the team will go after a quarterback. Most mock drafts had the team doing that before all the recent news about Johnny Manziel and now it's almost certain that the Browns will address the position. Jared Goff is coming in as the top rated prospect at quarterback, but Carson Wentz is also generating buzz after his performance at the Senior Bowl.

Goff put up huge numbers at Cal last season and Kiper has him going at number two to the Browns. Goff has an NFL arm and played against top teams in the Pac-12. Wentz also could be a target at this pick, as he has the size to be a starter in the league and many teams are interested in what he could do at the next level. The Chargers pick at three and they have the chance to go after whoever the Titans leave on the board. If the Titans go with Bosa, the Chargers could go after Tunsil or Ronnie Stanley. The team has a major need on the offensive line and Tunsil is coming in as the top rated O-lineman this year.

The Cowboys pick at number four and while the team could address the QB position with Wentz (or Goff is he somehow slips), the team also could consider going after Laquon Treadwell. Dez Bryant is coming off of multiple surgeries and Treadwell could be a future number one receiver. The Jaguars will have options and players like Jalen Ramsey, DeForest Buckner and Shaq Lawson could be potential picks.
