Super Bowl 50 is almost here for the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers and the game is set for Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara and it will be on the TV schedule from CBS. Kickoff will be right around 6:30 pm ET and the Spanish broadcast of the game will be from ESPN and streaming online from the WatchESPN website.

Cam Newton and Peyton Manning will be facing off in the matchup, while Jim Nantz, Phil Simms and Tracy Wolfson will be the TV talent for the game. The halftime show will feature performances from Coldplay, Beyoncé and Bruno Mars.

Newton led the Panthers to a 15-1 record during the regular season, including a 14-0 run before losing to the Atlanta Falcons. The Broncos saw Manning have one of the worst seasons stats-wise in his career and Manning also ended up on the sidelines for a stretch with a foot injury. Brock Osweiler stepped in and helped keep the Broncos afloat until Manning returned in Week 17. Now Manning and Newton will face off for Super Bowl 50 in two weeks.

The Panthers are into the Super Bowl for the second time in team history, while the Broncos have made it in for the eighth time. Carolina has been putting the hurt on teams this season, as they are the top scoring offense and they also have one of the best defenses in the league. Denver had the top ranked defense in the NFL this season and that should make for a fantastic matchup in the Super Bowl.

Manning had an up and down season while dealing with injuries for the Broncos, but now he is back in the Super Bowl for the second time in three seasons. The Broncos made it a couple years ago and got blown out by the Seahawks and now Manning and company have the chance to rectify that result a little bit. The team was embarrassed in that game and now they have another dominant NFC team coming in with the Panthers.

Newton and Manning have faced off once before in the regular season back in 2012 and that was a win for the Broncos against the Panthers. ESPN reports that Gary Kubiak is the first person to play in a Super Bowl for a team and to coach that same team to another Super Bowl. Newton accounted for 45 touchdowns during the regular season and led his team to a 14-0 record before the Panthers lost a game. Newton is the front-runner for the MVP award and he can cap off his fantastic season with a Super Bowl victory.
