The San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers will be heading into the 2016 offseason with a ton to do and very little time to address every need.

The Chargers have needs along the offensive line, defensive line, wide receivers; even running back may need to be addressed shortly. Here are some of the Chargers key free agents; Dontrelle Inman (Wide Receiver), Ladarius Green (Tight End), Malcom Floyd (Wide Receiver), Antonio Gates (Tight End), Eric Weddle (Safety).

Easily the biggest loss of this group has to be Eric Weddle, he has played at an all pro level his entire career so it is a little odd to see him leave the Chargers in such a negative way. The Chargers should be looking for a lockdown safety however there will be 0 of those heading into the 2016 draft. With Inman, Floyd, Gates, and Green leaving the Chargers are losing a ton of their offensive identity. Not only are these guys free agents but half of them are pretty old so if they do not retire their next deal will likely be their last.

The Chargers are currently rebuilding as they head to LA and should take a couple of wide receivers in the draft. With Green's concussion history the Chargers could potentially draft the highest rated tight end in the draft as a replacement.
