The team has the chance to go 16-0 with wins over the final two weeks, while the Packers, Seahawks and Bengals all clinched playoff spots. The Steelers won to stay in position in the AFC Wild Card, while the Broncos and Chiefs are close in the AFC West.

Here are 5 things to know from Week 15:

Can the Panthers go 16-0? Carolina wins over the Giants to improve to 14-0

The Panthers stayed undefeated and improved to 14-0 after winning over the Giants on Sunday. The Panthers went up big at 35-7 in the game before the Giants came back to tie things in the fourth quarter after a touchdown from Odell Beckham Jr. The Panthers were able to drive down the field and kick the winning field goal to stay clean in 2015. The Giants were a mess for most of the game and once they came back, the Panthers did not panic and now they have the chance to go 16-0 with two more wins.

Teams clinch playoff spots

The playoff picture in the AFC and NFC is starting to fill out, as the Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks and Cincinnati Bengals all clinched playoff spots. The Cardinals won the NFC West after beating the Eagles on Sunday night, while the Panthers locked up a first round bye and are close to clinching the number one overall seed in the conference.

Who will get the number one pick?

The Cleveland Browns, Tennessee Titans and Dallas Cowboys all are in position to get a top five pick in the NFL draft for 2016. The final two weeks will determine the draft order and those teams are vying for the number one pick after they all lost on Sunday. The Chargers won and depending on how things play out, the Cowboys could find themselves in position to get a quarterback of the future to develop behind Tony Romo.

Arizona Cardinals win the NFC West

The Cardinals locked up the NFC west division title after winning on Sunday and that puts them in position to get one of the top seeds in the NFC. Last season the team dealt with numerous injuries at quarterback and that derailed any real chance they had in the playoffs. The team now has Carson Palmer healthy and putting up MVP numbers and they could be a Super Bowl favorite even with the Panthers undefeated.

AFC isn't set yet with the Broncos and Chiefs battling, Steelers in Wild Card position

The Steelers are in position to get the wild card after winning over the Broncos on Sunday, as they will get in over the Jets if both teams win out. The team also is still alive for the division, but the Bengals have a two game lead. The Steelers need to win out and hope the Broncos beat the Bengals next week. Speaking of the Broncos, they need to bounce back, as the AFC west has the team still leading, but the Chiefs have now won seven straight and are just one game back in the standings.
