The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are hoping that Austin Seferian-Jenkins can return in Week 13 for Jameis Winston after suffering a shoulder injury early in the season. Vincent Jackson was able to come back from an injury last week and players like Doug Martin, Charles Sims, Cameron Brate, Mike Evans and Jackson are the top fantasy start options for the Bucs this week.

The Buccaneers lost against the Colts in Week 12, but this season has been a positive step for the franchise after winning just two games last year. Jameis Winston has played well as a rookie and the team has had Doug Martin bounce back from two rough seasons to go over 1,000 yards for the first time since 2012. Heading into Week 13 the team is hoping to get another weapon back on offense, as Austin Seferian-Jenkins has been out with a shoulder injury he suffered back in Week 2.

According to Pro Football Talk, Jenkins was able to return to practice a few weeks ago, but he has still not been cleared for contact and there is a chance he could miss another game for the Bucs. Cameron Brate played well last week and could be a fantasy option for team owners if Jenkins is out again. Brate had 48 receiving yards and had a touchdown in the game against the Colts and over the past two games he has put up two touchdowns and eight receptions.

Winston had a down game after putting up five touchdowns against the Eagles and this week he has a solid matchup with the reeling Falcons. The Buccaneers have been solid for fantasy owners this season, as players like Charles Sims, Doug Martin and Mike Evans have put up good numbers. Jackson coming back has opened things up more for Evans and has also helped the running game get into more of a rhythm.

Doug Martin has had a bounce back season and he put up another solid game with 97 yards against the Colts last week. Martin had over 200 yards against the Eagles the previous week and he now has 1038 yards on the season and is a prime fantasy starter. Martin has been the primary back over Sims this season, but Sims has been a bit better in the passing game and could be an option for PPR league owners.

Jackson is worth starting the rest of the way as long as he remains healthy, as he is a good redzone target and a reliable pass catcher. Jackson has eight catches over the last two games for over 120 yards and he also scored a TD in his return game in Week 11. The Buccaneers are in the wild card race despite losing to the Colts and while they need some help to stay there, the team has a chance to make a run at the end of the season.
