Dallas Cowboys Rumors and News: Tony Romo Begins Throwing At Practice, Return Coming Soon From Injury

Nov 04, 2015 04:14 PM EST

Romo throwing 20 plus yard passes at practice is a sight for sore eyes in Big D. Dallas has lost 5 straight games without Romo however there is still time to win the NFC East and head to the playoffs.

Currently the Cowboys are looking at a week 11 return date for Romo a matchup, which is against the Dolphins. The Cowboys have 2 games before that contest and at 2-5 they would do themselves a big favor by winning both of them.

The Cowboys face the Eagles at home this week which would normally be a ridiculous rivalry fueled matchup however without Romo the Cowboys are desperate for inspiration and guidance. The release of Joseph Randle also comes at a time when the Cowboys seemingly cannot afford to lose anyone else.

The Cowboys are slowly scratching and clawing their way back into games, last week Greg Hardy had an interception that should have been returned for a touchdown however he went down and the Cowboys offense could not take advantage of the field position and settled for a field goal.

That cannot happen anymore, in the Romo-less era touchdowns are hard to come by. Romo will likely be 100 percent by the time week 11 rolls around which should give him a good opportunity at going on a pretty decent run.
