Seattle Seahawks

Marshawn Lynch (Running Back): Lynch is getting a ton of rest before his matchup with Dallas which is why he is not practicing. With his hamstring no longer a concern Lynch should be in for another 20+ carry game and currently Dallas is giving up the 4th most fantasy points to running backs in the NFL.

Russell Wilson (Quarterback): The Cowboys have not been good at forcing turnovers however this is still a scary matchup for Wilson and that porous Seattle offensive line. The Cowboys give up the 9th fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Expect Seattle to limit Russell's throwing and focus on exposing the Cowboys deficient run stopping.

Jimmy Graham (Tight End): This defense shut down Rob Gronkowski so it is safe to say another down week is in the cards for Graham.

Dallas Cowboys

Dez Bryant/Terrance Williams (Wide Receivers): Bryant had a great day of practice Wednesday and should do more on Thursday however he is on course to play his first game since week 1. The Cowboys need Bryant back desperately as he is their primary passing target and Terrence Williams has done very little to help lead this offense to any points. Dez should be started but monitored closely.

Darren McFadden/Joseph Randle/Christine Michael (Running Backs): Randle is out this week so that leaves the lion's share of the carries to be split between McFadden and Michael. McFadden is getting the start so he is a solid flex play however this smells like a revenge game for Michael to me. It is possible Michael makes some big plays to show his former team what their missing.

Jason Witten (Tight End): Witten should see his usual amount of targets. He has been consistent and putting up points so that should continue.
