The fantasy football schedule for Week 7 is here and some sleepers and start options include Christine Michael, Stefon Diggs, Rishard Matthews, Charcandrick West, Robert Woods, Theo Riddick, Doug Martin, Charles Sims, John Brown and Michael Floyd for team owners.

With four teams on a bye this week, fantasy owners will need to find some replacements and the players listed above could be solid performers. The Bears, Bengals, Broncos and Packers all have byes and that means big names like Aaron Rodgers, Alshon Jeffery, Demaryius Thomas, Randall Cobb, Jeremy Hill and Peyton Manning will not be active for fantasy matchups. Diggs and Matthews are solid WR replacements for this week, while Riddick could see more carries for the Lions with Ameer Abdullah struggling.

Christine Michael has not been able to get things going yet for the Cowboys, but heading out of the bye week Jason Garrett said that Michael is going to see more looks moving forward. According to Bryan Broaddus of DallasCowboys.com, Michael has been working more with the first team offense and that could be a sign that the team is preparing him for a bigger role. Michael has great size and speed for his position and the team wants to capitalize on that against the Giants. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported last week that the team will "definitely" be using Michael more heading into Week 7.

Rishard Matthews has stepped up as the number two wide receiver for the Dolphins and he is a better start over Greg Jennings and Kenny Stills. Matthews played all but seven snaps on offense in the game last week against the Titans and that was more than double what Stills had, while Jennings only played nine snaps. Matthews has 23 catches for 363 yards and three touchdowns this season and is a solid WR3 for fantasy owners if they need a replacement for Thomas or DeSean Jackson, who is out for another game this week.

Stefon Diggs is a great pickup option and it comes after he had a breakout game in Week 6 with seven catches for 129 yards. The Vikings reportedly want to use Diggs as a starter alongside Mike Wallace and that could give him some increased targets. Diggs has 13 catches for 216 yards in just two games played and he is a better option moving forward over Charles Johnson at this point. Diggs had six catches for 87 yards in his first game of the season and he will be looking to put up solid numbers again this week. Charcandrick West has stepped in for the injured Jamaal Charles and is another solid starter this week.

The Bills have been dealing with numerous injuries and with Sammy Watkins and Percy Harvin banged up, Robert Woods is a solid start pick for this week. Doug Martin and Charles Sims have split time, but Martin is the player to push, as he is coming in after a great game in Week 5 (Bucs had bye in Week 6) after rushing for 123 yards and two touchdowns while adding three catches and a receiving TD. John Brown is a great option for PPR leagues and he had another strong game last week with 10 catches for 196 yards for the Cardinals. Brown is having a great season with 33 catches for 497 yards and two TDs in six games.
