All the attention at Chelsea this season has been towards that triumvirate of playmakers, who have lit up the English Premier League.

Juan Mata, Eden Hazard and Oscar have been the most influential players for the Blues this season, and have rightly take most of the plaudits. According to one of the most highly-rated players - Neymar - the Brazilian maong that trio Oscar has the chance to become the best player in the world, saying he has the technical ability to become better than Cristiano Ronaldo.

"The Premier League has many quality players but nobody has hit Ronaldo's level," Neymar is quoted as saying by The People.

"You look at La Liga and they have Messi, Ronaldo, Falcao, Iniesta and many others.

"He is my friend but I don't speak as a friend when I say Oscar can go on to be a better player for the Premier League than Ronaldo was.

"His technical ability is as good as any player in the world and he can score some great goals.

The Santos forward is good friends with his compatriot and believes he can be as good as Ronaldinho or Rivaldo.

"He is like Ronaldinho and Rivaldo, a magician on the ball -- and even though he has had a good start with Chelsea you have not seen anything yet.

"His game is perfect and he has everything to become the best player in the world in the next two years."

Neymar has been previously linked with a move to Chelsea, with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City also reportedly showing an interest in one of the biggest talents in the game.

Barca are understood to be the frontrunners, with Neymar repeatedly expressing his wish to play alongside Lionel Messi. The Brazilian forward, though, has denied having agreed to a deal with a European club as yet, insisting he will make a decision only after the 2014 World Cup is held in his home country Brazil.
