The Seattle Seahawks are trying to get on track as Week 6 rolls around. The team has not been able to get much going yet this season as Pete Carroll and company begin to hold team meetings in an effort to figure things out. The offense has been put under fire in recent weeks as Jimmy Graham is almost non-existent and Marshawn Lynch was out with injury. However, as they prepare to face the Carolina Panthers, Graham is ready for targets and Lynch is healthy.

Lynch has been dealing with a hamstring injury that left him out of the mix over the past two weeks. The run game did not suffer too much as Thomas Rawls handled the starting job well. But that will be short lived as Lynch is expected to be 100 percent by the time kick off happens against the Panthers in Week 6.

"He should be ready to go," Carroll said, via ESPN.com. The head coach followed that up by saying they expected Lynch to be the workhorse once again on Sunday despite the breakout performance from Rawls. The rookie has had 326 yards on 58 carries in place of Lynch. Carroll expects Rawls to play some on Sunday, but merely as a complimentary role which means he could see eight to 10 carries. However, that might change now that fullback Derrick Coleman has been suspended.

According to Sheil Kapadia of ESPN, Coleman has been suspended from the team following an investigation on charges of vehicular assault in a hit and run. Coleman was booked in jail on Thursday. The fullback has played on 20.2 percent of the team's offensive snaps through fives game. He has also had a big role on special teams. That could open space for at least a few more runs for Rawls to take advantage of.

The Seahawks are hopeful they find momentum in Week 6. Carroll has reportedly been holding team meetings to get some focus on the team. The Seahawks have been struggling while blowing fourth quarter leads. Russell Wilson is struggling behind the offensive line. The biggest concern might be the return on investment in Graham. The tight end has been more than quiet since arriving in Seattle and Carroll admitted he is frustrated.

"We'd love to get more," Carroll said, via Sheil Kapadia of ESPN.com. "We'd love to get more from everybody. I'd love to get the ball in his hands more. He did well in this game, but we could use more. We only completed 15 passes in this game, so we need to get more activity out of him, just like we need to get more out of the other guys too. But he's working hard at it."

Carroll wants more from everyone. Jermaine Kearse, Doug Baldwin and Tyler Lockett have not had the breakout plays they are known for as much of the pressure drops on Wilson's shoulders. If they can get Lynch moving, the passing game will follow and help get positive momentum going in Seattle.
