Atlanta Falcons

Matt Ryan (Quarterback): Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan struggled against the Redskins this week. Ryan had 2 picks and lost a fumble, for an offense that has been playing as good as Atlanta's it does seem a bit concerning for this to go on. Ryan finished the day going 24 of 42 from the field for 254 yards and no touchdowns. Ryan not finding Julio Jones in the end zone is a bit concerning considering the chemistry they were radiated two weeks earlier.

Julio Jones (Wide Receiver): Jones struggled mightily all game to put up any significant points until a fumble recovery saved his fantasy value. Jones recovered a Devonta Freeman fumble in the end zone to not only help secure a win for the Falcons but most likely, most of his fantasy owners. Jones finished the game with 5 catches for 67 yards and that fumble recovery for a touchdown.

Jacob Tamme (Tight End): Tamme led the Falcons in receiving and looked solid as Matt Ryan's security blanket. Tamme finished the game catching 8 out of 10 targets for 94 yards and a lot of important first downs.

Devonta Freeman (Running Back): Freeman continues to tear apart opposing defenses as we approach the mid-point of the season. Freeman gained 153 yards and a touchdown on 27 carries. There was some talk that Tevin Coleman would affect Freeman's fantasy value however Coleman is still at least two games away from being fully healthy so Freeman will have some time to gain even more ground on the injured Coleman. Freeman also caught 7 out of 8 targets for 44 yards.

Washington Redskins

Matt Jones/ Alfred Morris/Chris Thompson (Running Backs): The Redskins offensive line cannot create a whole to save their lives. All three of these running backs struggled all game until Matt Jones found his way into the end zone. Jones finished the day with 11 carries for 20 yards a touchdown, and 1 catch for 17 yards while Alfred Morris had 8 carries for 15 yards. The third string, passing down, running back Chris Thompson who was a big sleeper bust had 3 carries for 15 yards and caught 6 out of 7 targets for 33 yards.

Jamison Crowder/Pierre Garcon (Wide Receivers): With DeSean Jackson and Jordan Reed out with injuries the majority of the reps fell on Jamison Crowder. Crowder had a nice day hauling in all 8 of his targets for 87 yards. Pierre Garcon struggled in comparison, bringing in only 3 of his 8 targets for 51 yards.
