Finally the Miami Dolphins have had enough of coach Joe Philbin's coaching style. Philbin has directed this 1 and 3 start for the Dolphins and needless to say he is taking the brunt of the blame. Philbin was thought to be safe at least until halfway through the season however this notion proved to be faulty.

The tight end coach Dan Campbell was make Miami's interim head coach for the rest of the season and should if anything make Jordan Cameron a more valuable fantasy asset than he was before. Campbell is being looked at as someone infinitely more valuable than a placeholder coach and could keep the head coaching job if this season turns around.

Philbin believed his job was safe up until the announcement and to be fair this could be a bit premature. Philbin was a seasoned head coach who brings a high moral character to his football teams, this however he could not foresee.  The Dolphins are 1 and 3 after losing their last 3 games. The first loss came against the Jaguars which marked the beginning of this clubs downward spiral. The Dolphins were then blown out at home by Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills.

The divisional dominance did not end there instead the very next week the Jets lit up the Dolphins, beating them with ease. The Jets and Bills have very dominant defenses so this could have been a premature move by the Dolphins brass and the Dolphins get two relatively easy games against the Titans and the Texans coming up. The one thing that is clear is that the Dolphins want to win now, and are willing to part with anyone who makes that goal a lot more attainable.
