Adrian Peterson needs to have a big game in order for the Vikings to upset the Broncos. Denver's offense may have started slow but they are beginning to get into rhythm. Peyton Manning has taken over this offense running the shotgun for most of their pass plays.

With Peyton comfortable the Broncos have been able to go 3-0. The Vikings have won their last two games and Adrian Peterson has regained his pro bowl form.  The Broncos defense will have a tall task ahead of them trying to stop one of the best running backs in football. Manning will look to keep the Broncos perfect season alive as he takes on a surprisingly stingy Vikings defense.

Key Factors:

Can the Minnesota defense shut down Peyton Manning?

Minnesota's defense has shut down Matt Stafford and Philip Rivers over the last two weeks. They will have a tough test as Peyton Manning will be more used to this offense than he was at the beginning of the season. Minnesota's defense has played well but it is not yet known if they can be effective at stopping an elite quarterback.

Who will run the ball for the Broncos?

CJ Anderson needs to have a solid game against this Minnesota defense as he has struggled significantly all season. Ronnie Hillman right behind him on the depth chart and closing fast; the one positive for Anderson is that Hillman has only done slightly better than him behind a patchwork Broncos offensive line. Anderson will continue to get the starts but if either one of these backs has a productive game they could be penciled in as the starter for the foreseeable future.
