Seattle Seahawks

Marshawn Lynch (Running Back): This was another disappointing week for Lynch owners as he got bottled up all day long by a ferocious Green Bay defense. Lynch only managed to gain 41 yards on 15 carries. This is obviously not the production that fantasy owners want from their first round pick; the Seahawks offensive line must do a better job opening up holes for him.

Russell Wilson (Quarterback): Wilson was getting pressured all day but still managed to rack up some pretty decent stats. Wilson completed 19 of 30 passes for 206 yards, 2 touchdowns, and an interception. Wilson also carried the ball 10 times for 78 yards. This was a good performance from a quarterback under constant duress and will be a low tier QB1 in week 3.

Doug Baldwin/Tyler Lockett/Jermaine Kearse (Wide Receiver): Baldwin was the leader in the wide receiving core this week. He finished the day bringing in 7 catches for 92 yards and a touchdown. He was the most targeted Seahawks wide receiver and took advantage of every single one. Last week's most targeted wide receiver Jermaine Kearse hauled in 0 catches and the rookie playmaker Tyler Lockett only hauled in 2 targets for 17 yards. This habit of inconstancy amongst wide receivers should continue throughout the year.

Jimmy Graham (Tight End): Graham is potentially one of the most disappointing aspects of the 2015 fantasy season so far. The Seahawks add an incredibly versatile weapon and at the end of the day the only give him 2 targets in the second week of the season? Graham's situation is looking like a maddening one for owners and at best is a TE2 in this Seattle offense.

Green Bay Packers

Randall Cobb/Davante Adams/James Jones (Wide Receivers): Randall Cobb had a very solid day mostly thanks to an injury to Davante Adams. Cobb caught 8 of his 11 targets for 116 yards which is pretty impressive for easily the most injured active Green Bay wide receiver. Cobb has still been dealing with a shoulder injury which could explain his lack of red zone work. Adams ended the day with 5 catches for 33 yards which is a shame because with Lacy out he was going to get more targets. Adams suffered an ankle injury that required him to be helped to the locker room, he soon returned however found it difficult to gain separation with his injury. James Jones almost was a no show in this game until a timely end zone target found him being relevant in fantasy for another week. Jones had 1 catch but he made it count, a touchdown for 29 yards.

Eddie Lacy (Running Back): Lacy dropped a dud on fantasy owners by injuring his ankle early in the contest. The injury is reported to be a low ankle sprain and he is questionable to play in week 3.

Aaron Rodgers (Quarterback): Rodgers had a pretty stellar day minus his biggest weapon in the backfield (Lacy) and of course Jordy Nelson. Rodgers finished his day completing 25 of 33 passes for 249 yards and 2 touchdowns. Rodgers is seemingly a QB1 every week regardless of the players around him.

Waiver Wire Targets:

Richard Rodgers (GB) (Tight End): Fantasy owners have been waiting for Rodgers to be targeted for a long time and in week 2 he finally put up some value. Rodgers caught 3 out of 4 of his targets on the day, gaining 29 yards as well as putting up a touchdown. Rodgers should see more targets as the season moves forward.

James Starks (GB) (Running Back): Starks immediately came in when Lacy went down with an injury and finished the day with 20 carries for 95 yards however he did fumble in the second quarter. Starks is an absolute must add for Lacy owners if he were to miss some time.
