Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer (3) throws a pass in the first quarter against the San Francisco 49ers at University of Phoenix Stadium."

1. Marcus Mariota (Tennessee Titans)

[Opponent- Cleveland Browns]: The NFL world was in awe of Mariota following his week 1 destruction of Tampa Bay. Now the fans are split right down the middle whether or not it was a fluke, the Buccaneers defense was that bad, or Mariota is actually the second coming of Aaron Rodgers. The latter seems to be closer to the truth. If you have Mariota he was a waiver wire pick anyway so throw him into the fire and start him against the lowly Browns. Sure their defense might be better than the Buccaneers but it could also be worse, the Browns allowed 31 points to a Jets team whose using their backup quarterback. Mariota's success seems to be due to his scheme not his opponents.

2. Tony Romo (Dallas Cowboys)

[Opponent-Philadelphia Eagles]: Romo is not the best player on the field for the Cowboys offense. He will need to make a ton of plays in order for the Cowboys to continue their winning ways. Romo is very surgical as he moves down the field and while his targets may not be consistent he is. Even when Dez Bryant was not on the field he still threw 2 TD passes to Jason Witten and 1 to Gavin Escobar. Romo has a field of vision most other quarterbacks do not possess, and he is worth a start after how shoddy that Eagles defense looked on Monday night.

3. Drew Brees (New Orleans Saints)

[Opponent-Tampa Bay Buccaneers]: Brees should have a field day with the Buccaneers, 100 percent. Brees is a top 5 quarterback with an improved offensive line that should be able to withstand the Buccaneers blitzes and throw for some major yards. If the Saints offense cannot succeed where Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans dominated; then scarier things are going on in Louisiana besides True Detective.

4. Carson Palmer (Arizona Cardinals)

[Opponent-Chicago Bears]: Palmer should have fun with the Chicago Bears secondary just like Aaron Rodgers. Palmer destroyed the Saints in week 1 and was only outscored in fantasy football by Tom Brady out of every quarterback in the NFL. Palmer when healthy has looked sharp and deadly especially when throwing to wide receiver John Brown. Palmer should be able to continue this trend of lighting up secondary's in week 2.

5. Matt Ryan (Atlanta Falcons)

[Opponent- New York Giants]: Matt Ryan should have well over 20 fantasy points when facing the Gmen. The Giants defense is straight up awful, with no safeties besides rookie Landon Collins worthy of starting and the sudden lack of linebacking depth the Giants are primed to get pummeled. After a demoralizing week 1 loss for the Gmen, Matty Ice should be able to find Julio Jones all day as there are no true shut down corners on the Giants.
