NFL Regular Season Preview: Indianapolis Colts at Buffalo Bills Play Week 1 Game

The Bills defense is looking to be the most dominant in the league and they will get the perfect opportunity to test how good they can be against one of the best offenses in the NFL.

Mario Williams and this Bills defensive line will have to pull out all of the stops for Andrew Luck and company. The Colts are looking to rebound after getting bounced from the playoffs. The one thing the Colts did not improve on was defense and this could potentially be a problem.

This is good news for the new starting quarterback of the Bills Tyrod Taylor. Taylor will need to score early and often if the Bills want to win this game.

Playmakers to look out for:

LeSean McCoy: McCoy should start week 1 however he suffered a hamstring injury in preseason. This may limit him for the game and the Bills could keep him on a snap count however if he is truly healed the offense will lean on his production.

Tyrod Taylor: Taylor will look to be a consistent quarterback for the Bills as he needs to find immediate chemistry with Sammy Watkins. Taylor can use his legs to get out of trouble so with a mediocre offensive line this may help him put up some points.

Andrew Luck: Luck is coming off a great season and will look to continue that with more weapons. He should be the force that drives the Colts offense all game.

Frank Gore: Gore is the new Colts running back and on paper everything about him joining this offense signifies it as a perfect fit. But can the 32 year old running back become a weekly staple for running the football?
