The Jacksonville Jaguars could be a solid offensive team this season when it comes to fantasy football, as players like Julius Thomas, TJ Yeldon, Denard Robinson, Allen Robinson, Marqise Lee, Strom Johnson, Bernard Pierce and Allen Hurns gives Blake Bortles some very solid depth heading into the 2015 slate.

The Jaguars obviously are not a playoff contender just yet, but for fantasy football owners there is some strong value here. Blake Bortles has the potential to develop into a solid starter and he has looked good so far in the preseason, including going 20-of-29 for 245 yards and a touchdown in the third game for the Jags. If players like Robinson, Hurns and Yeldon can stay healthy, Bortles should improve his numbers this season.

Bortles is not worth a high pick, but in deep leagues with 12-16 teams, Bortles could be a quality backup or emergency option. Bortles comes in after passing for 11 touchdowns and 17 picks with 2908 yards last season, but he should improve this year. Adding Yeldon should help the running game and the Jags already have solid depth at running back with Denard Robinson, Storm Johnson, Toby Gerhart and Bernard Pierce.

Julius Thomas is a name to watch after the way he played in Denver and while Bortles is no Peyton Manning, Thomas could still put up numbers. Fantasy owners should know that he is dealing with an injury, as Pro Football Talk reports that Thomas is dealing with a hand injury. Thomas is worth a late pick and he could be out for 3-4 weeks with the injury after having surgery.

Yeldon has the chance to be the feature back and Robinson also will get a long look after the way he played last season. According to ESPN.com, Yeldon has worked most of the offseason as the first team back and he may get the chance to open as an every down back for the Jaguars. Yeldon has only played in one preseason game after dealing with a finger issue and before that he had been working at the top of the depth chart. Yeldon is a solid option for fantasy owners.

Robinson also could get the chance to start and even if he doesn't, he is a good handcuff option. Robinson comes in after rushing for 582 yards last season and four touchdowns while also adding 23 catches for 124 yards. Allen Robinson has emerged as the number one receiver option with Marqise Lee unable to stay healthy consistently and he comes in after a breakout season. Robinson had 48 catches in 10 games and had 548 yards and he could be the top target for Bortles this season. Lee had 37 catches last season for 422 yards and he could be a sleeper in deeper leagues.
