The Buffalo Bills have found "there guy" at least for the short-term outlook of the season. After a quarterback battle that left the ownership very unimpressed, head coach Rex Ryan named Tyron Taylor the starter over players like EJ Manuel and Matt Cassel. The Bills are looking for consistency at the position and naming a starter now helps get the offense moving before the season begins. However, is Taylor the long-term option at quarterback or could the Bills add someone else to the roster?

According to Dani Bostick from Fansided.com, the Bills are an option for a trade of Robert Griffin III. The Washington Redskins have announced that Kirk Cousins is the man in charge of the offense in 2015 while Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting the front office and coaching staff would like to trade Griffin sooner rather than later. Buffalo could consider making a move now or at the mid-season trade deadline.

The Bills are considered a trade destination because nothing can be ruled out when Ryan is making the decisions. The head coach has never shied away from the bold move and this would fit the bill. A deal for Griffin cannot also not be ruled out simply because Buffalo's quarterback options are instilling very little confidence. Taylor has looked good, but not great while Manuel and Cassel shows signs of success, but not consistency. For now Taylor is the starter, but if he struggles in the first few games, Buffalo will need to look at other options. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, after Taylor was named the starter, either Manuel or Cassel will get released. They could simply be included in a trade deal.

The Bills have an offense built for success. With Sammy Watkins and LeSean McCoy leading the effort, they are not short on playmakers that could easily make any quarterback successful. Harvin told the media that he likes what he sees in Taylor and is confident in the quarterback as a starter.

"He's going to be tremendous for this team,"  Harvin said, via the team's official website. "With the weapons that we already have I think teams have to worry about that, but now they have to worry about his legs too with the 4.4 speed he puts on the field I think is going to be tremendously dangerous for opponents to prepare for us."

According to Kevin Petra of NFL.com, Ryan loves the idea of a dynamic quarterback who can affect the defense with his rushing ability. Griffin is that type of quarterback and while there is no concrete evidence saying the Bills want a trade, they would be the perfect landing spot in terms of need.
