Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys feel comfortable with Darren McFadden, Joseph Randle, and Lance Dunbar (Gus Johnson/Ben Malena are fighting for a spot as well). But they should feel a lot more comfortable with a team player like Jackson who has great character and yes may be the oldest running back in the league but still averages 4.4 yards per carry. As a plus that Dallas offensive line could extend his career by a few seasons.

Cleveland Browns

The Browns running back position is a mess, with Duke Johnson getting a concussion in their third preseason game the Browns should be quick to Jackson. I mean he was really talking about signing Ray Rice right? Well then this should be a no brainer.

Houston Texans

The Houston Texans might only need an extra running back for a month, because Arian Foster could return a lot sooner than expected. Jackson could be utilized as a better weapon than any other running back on the Texans roster.

New England Patriots

The Patriots already have a pretty crowded backfield but if any team knows what Jackson is capable of it's the Patriots. It's Jackson's savvy pass blocking skills that should attract some attention.

Pittsburgh Steelers

With Le'Veon Bell suspended for the first two games of the season is DeAngelo Williams really the answer? Williams is just as injury prone as Jonathan Stewart back in Carolina and a lot smaller as well. If the Steelers were to pick up Jackson it could make for a very interesting running game.
