NFL Preseason Preview: Oakland Raiders and Minnesota Vikings, Can Derek Carr Connect With Amari Cooper, Michael Crabtree? Can Teddy Bridgewater Step Up?

5 Things to know.....

1. Will Teddy Bridgewater continue to shine?

Teddy Bridgewater had a stellar first performance going 7/8 for 86 yards. He looked a lot sharper than he did last year and even with Adrian Peterson sitting down for this game the Vikings looked incredibly potent. He will get his chance to put up some numbers on this rebuilding Raiders defense.

2. Can Derek Carr finally get a touchdown to Amari Cooper?

I know it's only the preseason but the entire league is waiting to see an Amari Cooper touchdown at this point. Quarterback Derek Carr finished 6/9 for 43 yards and an interception however he was likely knocking some of the rust off after missing a lot of practice time with an injured finger. Cooper had 3 receptions for 22 yards but was target the most when Carr was on the field.

3. How will Michael Crabtree perform?

Crabtree in the first preseason tilt had 2 catches for 15 yards which has come to be the norm for him. Yes he did get the starter treatment but Raiders fans are waiting to see you make plays, especially after all the hype from training camp. Can Crabtree make some plays in the preseason?

4. How will the Raiders defense fair against the Vikings?

The Vikings looked unstoppable at certain points in their first preseason game. Can the fledgling Raiders defense stifle the speedy Vikings offense? The Raiders practically shut out the young Rams offense can they do the same to Teddy Bridgewater?

5. Can the Vikings defense continue to get pressure?

The Vikings were all over The Buccaneers last week sacking Jameis Winston multiple times. Can they do the same to Derek Carr or will the Raiders line prove to be more durable? The Buc's have one of the worst offensive lines in football so it will be interesting to see how Minnesota does against a better line.
