1. How will Nick Foles perform?

Can Nick Foles have another great season for a different team? The Rams just signed Foles to a 2 year extension so they will have ample time to figure out if he is going to be their franchise quarterback. But can Foles produce in an offense that's not Chip Kelly's? He Struggled last year for the Eagles and currently the Rams are only looking better defensively.

2. How will Derek Carr play in his sophomore year?

Carr played pretty well last season however now he has a brand new weapon in Amari Cooper. Cooper is expected to be the best Raiders wide receiver in recent memory so Carr will have an excellent target to start the season with. Not only did the Raiders draft Cooper but they also signed Michael Crabtree, Kenbrell Thompkins, and Andre Holmes. With all of this help and Latavius Murray ready to breakout Carr could be in for a big season.

3. How will Amari Cooper play?

Will Amari Cooper live up to all of the hype; Jerry Rice seems to think so. If Cooper is as good as the Raiders hope he is the balance of power in the NFL will begin to shift dramatically.

4. Will Tre Mason respond to the pressure from Todd Gurley?

Tre Mason will have to make a pretty convincing case for the Rams to not replace him with Todd Gurley. Gurley is slated to be the starter as soon as he is healthy so that leaves Mason with limited time to prove he can be a productive running back for this team.

5. Will Tavon Austin be able to carve out a role for himself on offense?

Austin has struggled to really find a role that works with the Rams offense. The Rams have not had the best or most consistent quarterbacks in recent memory but they still expect Austin to be a primary threat for this offense. Can Austin and Foles find some chemistry during preseason?
