There has been a lot of movement in the standings and in my NFL power rankings entering Week 7.

For some reason this season there seem to be a lot of inconsistent teams in the league. By far the toughest week to organize teams in, but the three top choices were not so difficult.

Check out the Power Rankings following Week 6 and entering Week 7.

1. Atlanta Falcons (+1)
The Falcons finally deserve the first spot in the rankings. They are 6-0. Their defense is stingy and their offense is third in the NFL with TDs scored. They will be tested when they get back from their bye.

2. New York Giants (+8)
Never thought the Giants defense could do what they did to the 49ers on Sunday. With that performance, the Giants are in the Top 10 in rushing yards, passing yards, total yards and points scored. Giants also allowed seventh fewest points in the league.

3. Baltimore Ravens (+2)
It was a close one, but thanks to Dez Bryant the Ravens survived a closing game collapse. Ravens offense will have to step it up now that Ray Lewis and the defense is banged up.

4. San Francisco 49ers (-1)
The 49ers exposed Alex Smith's futility at the quarterback position. Last season he only threw five interceptions and the Giants picked him off three times in one game.
Still consider them a tough team to beat in NFC.

5. Houston Texans (-4)
Give the Texans an actual competitor and what happens? They lose. This proves that all they did was pick on weaker opponents. Ravens come into town in Week 7. Let's see where they stand then.

6. Green Bay Packers (+1)
The Packers are way too inconsistent. They lose to the Colts, but they whoop the Texans. I would praise Aaron Rodgers for his performance, but he will have to give me more of Sunday's performance in order to believe that the Packers are for real.

7. New England Patriots (-3)
This is appalling. Speaking of inconsistencies, the Patriots are losing to teams they would have murdered years before. Russell Wilson completing a pass, let alone a 46 yarder. Ridiculous.

8. Chicago Bears (0)
The Bears had a Bye Week. So they remain in their spot. Still hold first place after Vikings lost.

9. Denver Broncos (+5)
Teams should fear the Broncos. Peyton Manning went on a tear at the end of the game and the Broncos defense did not allow a point. Have to address special team problems if they want to contend.

10. Minnesota Vikings (+2)
Despite losing badly to the Redskins, Vikings have one of the best running games in the NFL and a Top 10 defense.

11. Seattle Seahawks (+5)
I am not a fan of their offense, but their defense is so good even Tim Tebow or Mark Sanchez could win games as their quarterback.

12. Washington Redskins (+5)
What is it, defense wins ball games? Well the Redskins are proving that the best defense is a great offense. Need to mix in a little more passing to balance things out and be completely dominant on offense. Let's not forget, RGIII is still only a rookie.

13. Arizona Cardinals (-7)
The Cardinals are showing their true colors little by little. They have dropped two consecutive games they should have won. I'll keep them up here for now, but with the Vikings, 49ers and Packers visiting, they might fall below .500 by Week 10.

14.  Pittsburgh Steelers (-3)
Their defense is great, but how do you lose to Tennessee? They will not be great until the balance out their offense as their rushing game is the 2nd worst in the league.

15. Detroit Lions (+4)
Their passing game is lethal. Defense however, is their weakness. They have a big division game versus the Bears. Let's see if they can pull to .500. If there is any 2-3 team that can finish with a winning record, it is the Lions.

16.  San Diego Chargers (-2)
The Chargers played the 2nd half like a 32nd ranked team in the league. Worse half of football I have seen all season long.

17. Philadelphia Eagles (-8)
The Eagles. Oh, those Eagles. They continue to turn the ball over and yet they fire their defense coordinator. Will be fun to watch what happens the rest of the season. Still in the hunt as the 2nd place team in the NFC East.

18. Dallas Cowboys (0)
So close. They were so close to tie the game, but Dez Bryant finds a way to make fans forget all the good he did in a game by dropping the game-tying two-point conversion. Should get to .500 in Week 7 against the Panthers.

19. New York Jets (+8)
They are currently sitting atop of the AFC East despite having one of the wackiest seasons. They won't score one day and then put 35 points the next. Rex Ryan said they were going to beat New England next week. He's already running his mouth.

20. Cincinnati Bengals (+5)
The Bengals were that team. Brandon Weeden will forever love them as they gave him his first victory as an NFL quarterback.

21. Buffalo Bills (0)
The Bills played well enough to beat another mediocre team on offense. They are still in the mix in the AFC East as there is a four-way tie. But I do not believe the Bills are for real.

22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0)
Huge performance by the Bucs, but they beat the Chiefs. Let's not get too happy now.

23. Tennessee Titans (0)
Chris Johnson had the best game of his season and he didn't even hit triple digits in a win. I think that pretty much sums up the Titans' season and where they are headed.

24. Carolina Panthers (-4)
Had a bye week. Face the Cowboys in Week 7. Good chance for Newton to have a 2012 coming out party as the QB has struggled in his second season.

25. New Orleans Saints (0)
Also had a bye week. Will go for second win of the season as they will face the Bucs next week.

26. St. Louis Rams (0)
Just when you think they are going to get something cooking, the Rams take a step back and lose to the Dolphins. Only team not 4-2 in NFC West.

27. Miami Dolphins
Big win has them competing for first place in the AFC East. With a Bye Week coming, they could find themselves in second place

28. Indianapolis Colts
Rams' description is adequate for the Colts as well. They beat the Packers, but were then embarrassed by the Jets.

29. Kansas City Chiefs (-5)
The Chiefs can't score and they give up the fourth highest points in the league. If they want a chance in the West, the have big matchups coming soon against division rivals, but I don't expect it to change their season around.

30. Oakland Raiders (-2)
It was a close one in Atlanta, but the Falcons simply closed out the game. Raiders have looked good at certain points in the season. Not sure they can put it together.

31. Cleveland Browns (+1)
Their defense has really betrayed them. Not that their offense is really great, but congrats on first win of the season. Keep it up and you might just break back into the Top 25.

32. Jacksonville Jaguars (-1)
Number 32 represents their rank in the league in points scored, total yards and passing yards. It would only be appropriate to have the as No. 32 on my rankings entering Week 7.
