Currently the Bills have three quarterbacks on their roster, Matt Cassel, EJ Manuel, and Tyrod Taylor. None of the quarterbacks are quite exactly what the Bills want but they will most likely have to make do. Currently this race has three players and nothing will be known until training camp begins.

EJ Manuel and Tyrod Taylor lack the experience and body of work to really know how far either quarterback can go. Matt Cassel is the oldest of the bunch and is easily the most successful. Cassel at 33 years old is getting up there in age but he can still provide quality snaps under center.

One thing is for certain all of these quarterbacks have a lot to prove and want to show that they can be starters in this league. Head coach Rex Ryan has said that each quarterback will get plenty of snaps in the offseason to make this a true contest.

Not surprisingly Ryan stated that the Bills will most likely not know who their starting quarterback is until three weeks into the preseason.  The Bills defense is looking terrifying and could potentially one of the best units in the NFL but they cannot rely just on defense to score points.
