Heading into training camp, the Tennessee Titans still have some questions that need answering. The team has raised expectations this year after making several moves to the roster in the offseason, but there are some lingering issues they need to get ironed out. As Marcus Mariota continues to sit without a contract, eyes shift to the competition at wide receiver and running back.

The Titans added a lot of offense this offseason. The team already had Justin Hunter and Kendall Wright on the roster before adding Harry Douglas, Hakeem Nicks and drafting Dorial Green-Beckham. Now the team must work out who the starting rotation is going to be as the coaching staff is thrilled with what Green-Beckham brings to the field. Green-Beckham's former college coach believes the wide receiver could fall on par with Marvin Harrison or Jerry Rice.

"He's not a finished product, but most players aren't," Jay Norvell said, via the Tennessean. "So he's going to have to learn the pro game and that's a completely different game from college. But he's got some natural gifts that will help him in that game, and in some ways, the NFL is probably a better game for him than college football, just because of the bump rules and (less) contact and all of that. So there are some advantages he has. ... That's why they picked him."

According to the Tennessean, Green-Beckham's development will determine the starting rotation on the field. Right now, both Hunter and Wright have been put on notice by the coaching staff while Nicks is not guaranteed anything after last year's stint with the Indianapolis Colts. The Titans want Green-Beckham to develop into a top threat and Mariota's favorite target.

The running back position also features a battle on the field. Bishop Sankey was the starter for the running game last season, but the additions of players like Jahlston Fowler could change up the rotation. Shonn Greene and Dexter McCluster are also looking for their chances to shine. According to ESPN, the Titans offense is young, but that youth movement could make them contenders in years to come.

The final issue for the Titans is that contract to Mariota. The quarterback remains one of the lone draft picks unsigned. According to ESPN.com, offset language is the issue for the deal. While Titans' fans should not panic about this not being taken care of, it is an issue Tennessee does not need lingering.
