Liverpool has been active since the Premier League season ended and they have agreed to add James Milner and Danny Ings on deals and this comes as Raheem Sterling's future has been speculated about quite a bit and he could be a target for clubs like Manchester City, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

Liverpool finished in second place last year and this season the team fell out of the top four, but the club made a strong run in the second half of the season. According to Pro Soccer Talk, Liverpool has agreed to "personal terms" with Ings, as he is coming out of his contract in July. The 22 year old will give the Reds some youth and the report says that Burnley and the Reds have not agreed on a transfer fee yet.

Last year Ings had 11 goals and Burnley was relegated and now he comes over to Liverpool and it comes after Ings went to Burnley on a $1.5 million deal four years ago. Liverpool also grabbed Milner on a free transfer from Manchester City after he had a strong season and things could continue for the Reds with Sterling and all his speculation.

The team got rid of Luis Suarez and brought in Mario Balotelli and now another star player is set to move through Anfield. Sterling is coming in after a year of heavy speculation and news reports about his future and now teams like Man City and PSG could chase the midfielder. Sterling reportedly is being chased by Man City, with the Manchester Evening News reporting that a "£25 million bid is imminent" for Sterling.

Sterling may want to stay in the Premier League and this comes after reports about interest from Arsenal and a proposed Theo Walcott swap. Sterling is just 20 years old and his star has been rising and he looks poised to move after not being able to agree on a new deal yet. Sterling reportedly rejected a £100,000-a-week paycheck from the team earlier in the year, but his agent denied some of those reports.
