The NFL free agent market has some notable names left with players like Chris Johnson, James Jones, Wes Welker, Ben Tate, Daniel Thomas, Michael Vick, Jermaine Gresham, Knowshon Moreno, Steven Jackson, Reggie Wayne and Zach Miller available and heading into OTAs, minicamps and training camp, teams like the Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers could be interested.

The Cowboys are reportedly interested in adding a running back this offseason for support behind Darren McFadden, as they have been holding workouts for players. According to Pro Football Talk, Daniel Thomas, Ben Tate and Felix Jones have had tryouts for the team and one of those players could be signed soon. Chris Johnson has put up his services for the Cowboys, but PFT reports the team is not looking at Johnson right now.

The running back position has some solid names with Johnson, Steven Jackson, Knowshon Moreno and Pierre Thomas available and they could get deals over the summer. With training camp coming teams may look at adding depth at running back and injuries always happen and that could lead to deals as well. According to Pro Football Talk, Johnson has offered his services to the Cowboys, but right now Jerry Jones said that the team has not had talks with Johnson.

With training camp and offseason workouts coming up, teams will be looking to fill out rosters and add depth, especially if players go down with injuries. The wideouts left on the market include Welker, Jones and Reggie Wayne, who was not signed back by the Indianapolis Colts. The Miami Dolphins had interest in Welker earlier in the offseason, but after drafting DeVante Parker, the team likely will not sign Welker. Jones could be a solid addition for teams after his one year with the Raiders, as he was tops on the team with 73 receptions and he added six touchdowns for Oakland.

Last season Johnson had 663 yards rushing for the Jets and he could be a fit for the Cowboys if they want some more options behind Darren McFadden. The Cowboys have Joseph Randle, Lance Dunbar and Ryan Williams on the roster and they did not add an RB in the draft, which was something many NFL analysts expected them to do.

Michael Vick reportedly has "multiple" teams interested, according to Chris Chambers, who Pro Football Talk reported was working out with the QB. The Patriots could be an option if they want a backup for Jimmy Garoppolo, while the Buffalo Bills also could be a fit, as Rex Ryan coached Vick in New York and the team may release EJ Manuel.
