The LA Lakers are coming into the offseason with a ton of salary cap space and they may target names like Goran Dragic, Rajon Rondo, Kevin Love, LaMarcus Aldridge and Greg Monroe to pair with Kobe Bryant and this comes as Jeremy Lin may return to Los Angeles if the team pursues a Nick Young trade.

The Lakers are in the mix in the draft lottery and if they end up in the top four they should be able to add a quality player. The team is expected to chase all the top free agents and the Lakers are considered the favorites to land Rondo if they want to go after him. The team could pursue a number of moves this offseason, including trades with players on the roster,

According to Mark Medina of the Los Angeles Daily News, the Lakers will "shop around" Nick Young on the trade market this offseason. Young was a solid offensive player during his time with the Lakers and he could be an attractive trade chip for a team looking for long range shooting talent and consistent scoring. Young did not have a great season playing under Byron Scott, but he did shoot over 43 percent last season and could bounce back next year.

Medina writes that with Young on a deal for three more years at $16.33 million, he likely will be hard to trade. This season young averaged 13 points per game and that was down from the 17 points per game that he put up last year in 64 games. The Lakers will have cap space to spend and they have also found some young talent with Jordan Clarkson.

According to NBA.com, Jeremy Lin could be an option to return to the Lakers next season, as the point guard did not rule out coming back for another year. Lin finished the season injured, but leading up to that he was playing fairly well and since he will be off of his massive free agent contract, he could be an option to return. Lin previously signed a deal with the Rockets and was traded over the summer and he could return on a more affordable deal after averaging 11 points and nearly five assists per game.

The Lakers are considered one of the favorites to sign Rondo along with the Knicks, but there is a chance they could sway Goran Dragic to leave the Heat. According to Pro Basketball Talk, the Lakers are planning to offer Dragic a max deal, which would be around $80 million over four seasons. Miami has the advantage, as they can offer an extra year and $100 million to Dragic on a max deal.
