The NFL draft is a month away and Marcus Mariota likely will be the second quarterback taken after Jameis Winston and if the Tennessee Titans don't draft Mariota, they could trade the pick with teams like the Washington Redskins, Cleveland Browns, San Diego Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles potentially interested in picking him.

Teams are starting to work out players ahead of the draft and several have scheduled private meetings with Mariota and Winston. According to ESPN.com, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are bringing in Mariota for a visit this week and this comes after numerous teams have already scheduled meetings with the quarterback. The Buccaneers are expected to draft Winston number one overall, but they will work out both quarterbacks privately ahead of the draft. The San Diego Chargers will workout Winston and he also has had a workout from the NY Jets and will visit the Washington Redskins.

Mariota won the Heisman trophy last season with Oregon going to the national championship game and he put up some great numbers in his three years with the Ducks. Mariota threw for 4454 yards last season with 42 touchdowns and just four interceptions and in his career he only threw 14 picks. Mariota rushed for 15 touchdowns last season and he had at least 700 yards rushing in each of his three seasons.

The Jets worked out Mariota and the team could be interested in making a trade up to draft him if Todd Bowles and Mike Maccagnan feel he is "their guy". The new regime traded for Ryan Fitzpatrick and inherited Geno Smith, but if they feel Mariota is the right fit, there is a chance the team could try and take him. The Buccaneers have the number one pick, while the Titans are two and the Jets pick at number three.

The Jaguars and Raiders both have young quarterbacks and may pass on Mariota, while the Redskins at number five could be another interested team. Jay Gruden is only in year two and the team has a new general manager in Scot McCloughan and they did not draft Robert Griffin. While RG3 has been successful at times, the regime has not decided on picking up his fifth year option and they could look at Mariota as a potential replacement.

The Tennessee Titans and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will both be working out Mariota before the draft along with Winston. Most draft experts expect Winston to go number one to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and after that is where Mariota's trip could start. The Titans are in need of a quarterback and could draft Mariota and reports have teams interested in trading up with Tennessee to take Mariota with the second pick.
