The Philadelphia Eagles have been making bold moves all offseason and head coach Chip Kelly could continue that way if he makes a trade with Matt Barkley, as the team reportedly will sign free agent Tim Tebow if they get a deal done and this comes as the team has been connected to Marcus Mariota in the draft despite the fact that they traded for Sam Bradford to be the new starter.

The Eagles brought in Tebow for a workout last week and since that happened, reports have come out that the team has put Matt Barkley on the trade block. Barkley was drafted ahead of the 2013 season and played in three games for the Eagles and last year he appeared in one game as the third string quarterback. The Eagles signed back Mark Sanchez to serve as the backup and now Kelly could be looking at shuffling things around again.

According to NBC Washington's Dianna Marie Russini, Barkley is on the trade block and the team would take a "late round draft pick" in a deal for him. The report says that the Eagles will look at signing Tebow if they can get a deal done with Barkley and Russini writes that there's an "80 percent chance" Tebow will be signed by the team. The Eagles have made some interesting moves this offseason, including trading Nick Foles and LeSean McCoy while signing DeMarco Murray to a large free agent deal.

The team now may add some more intrigue to the quarterback situation and that's not even mentioning the talk about Marcus Mariota. Kelly has been linked with Mariota all year due to their past Oregon connections and while Kelly has said the team is not moving up for Mariota in the draft, not everyone is convinced. According to Josina Anderson at ESPN.com, coaches around the league still think that Kelly could look at reuniting with his former Oregon quarterback despite trading for Sam Bradford.

According to Mike Freeman at Bleacher Report, Tebow "looked good" in his workout for the Eagles and if Barkley is traded, it's likely the team would sign the quarterback. Barkley is making $592,500 this season and if the Eagles can't trade him, there is a chance that he could get released. Kelly was given control over the roster this offseason and he has put his hands all over it with his moves. The Eagles traded one of their best offensive players in McCoy and that shows the power and trust Kelly has from ownership now.

McCoy was set to make over $10 million and while that was the main reason for the move, it also could be because McCoy did not fit into Kelly's scheme. The same was said about DeSean Jackson last season and now Kelly may continue making moves to fit his offensive style, which is why Mariota looks very appealing to the coach.

The Titans could be a potential trade partner if Kelly can pull off a deal for Mariota, as they have the number two pick and the Buccaneers are expected to draft Jameis Winston with the number one overall selection. The Buccaneers and Eagles reportedly have talked about a deal and there is a chance Philadelphia could offer Bradford in a trade for the number one pick, but that is unlikely.
