Arsenal and Leicester City are playing on the mid-week English Premier League schedule on Tuesday and the matchup is from Emirates Stadium and the match starts at 2:45 pm ET and is streaming from the NBCSN Live Extra website as the Gunners host and they are looking to move up in the EPL standings.

Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez has been one of the best players in the Premier League this season and he will be in the lineup after dealing with a hamstring issue. Jack Wilshere is dealing with an ankle injury, while Leicester defender Robert Huth could be in after a two game absence. Arsenal is not in bad position on the league table, but they have to start playing better on a more consistent basis if they hope to make it into the top four again.

This is a good chance for Arsenal to get some points at home, as Leicester has not won a game in 16 tries against the team. Arsene Wenger has never lost to the team and now Arsenal has the chance to keep things going after the loss last time out. The team has won five of the last EPL matches at the Emirates and they have won seven in a row at home overall. The Gunners haven't won this many in over a year at home and they could get it to six and they had previously won three straight games before losing to Tottenham.

Arsenal comes into things at sixth on the Premier League table and they are pushing to get into the top four after finishing there last season. The team comes in after a loss on the road against Tottenham and that came after a major win against Aston Villa at home that saw the Gunners score five goals. Arsenal has Crystal Palace up next on the EPL schedule and that comes after they play against Middlesbrough in the fifth round of the FA Cup. Arsenal is expecting to be in the top four and this year they may not be able to make it.

The team has a big month coming up, as they also have the Champions League Round of 16 at the end with Monaco and they will host that matchup at the Emirates. The team will visit for the return trip in March and during that month they also have matchups with Everton and Newcastle as well as West Ham and QPR. Arsenal has been one of the top scoring teams at home in the league and Leicester comes into the match having won just two of the last 10 away matches.
