Olympics 2012: Team USA Celebrates With Gold Stuffed Animal On Court, We Discovered Its Identity

Aug 13, 2012 04:37 PM EDT

After hard work, we discovered what the stuffed gold animal was at Team USA's on-court celebration following their victory over Spain's National Team 107-100. They go for about 10 pounds on Ebay.com.

It is not an animal, but it is covered in a golden material, which made it glisten as members of Team USA held on to it in their celebration.

Anthony Davis brought out the stuffed animal on to the court in the beginning of their celebration and then James Harden ran around the court with it and danced with it as the team was fresh off their victory.

Here is what the golden toy looks like.

On its chest, it has the Olympic rings in black and the 2012 logo of the London Olympics.

It has two of the blue and yellow Olympics rings on its right hand and the red, green and black rings on its left hand.

At first when seeing it on television, I thought it had to eyes, but James Harden was probably moving around too much, creating the confusion.

If you search it on Google.com, it might come up under the "gold maskot Olympics plush" search.

It has not become a hot topic or trend, but plenty of you guys also noticed the creature dangling from Harden's arms or noticed when Davis took it out. Here are some of the reactions from Twitter.
