Brazil Will Host 2016 Olympics at Rio de Janeiro
Fireworks explode over the Olympic Stadium during the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games"

The world tasted a bit of what Brazil will have to offer in the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympics. After the flag was passed to Mayor Eduardo Taes, the party and samba rhythms took London by storm at the Closing Ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics.

The Olympic flag was removed from its pole and as promised, London's mayor, Borish Johnson, handed the flag to Brazil as they are to host the 2016 Olympics.

Taes waved the flag around and gave way as Mayor Johnson prepared a speech thanking Jacques Rogges, president of International Olympic Committee (IOC) for allowing London to host the Olympics.

The ensuing performance teased millions. Four years for this Olympic will be too long of a wait.

A gentleman wearing an orange body suit was sweeping while dancing. A lanky cop appeared behind him requesting him to vacate the area, but the gentleman danced around some more and then the Brazilian flavor took over London. The gentleman's name is Renato Sorriso and he is a Brazilian samba dancer.

Women in carnival outfits took center stage and drums filled the sound of the stadium. The stadium went from a dark somber mood to green and yellow covering the entire area and surrounding atmosphere as Brazilian colored fireworks popped off in the sky.

The following performer was the Brazilian version of Cee Lo Green and the next gentlemen came out with a deep voice and white sequin three-piece suit with a gold vest appeared singing on stage.

What to expect from Rio de Janeiro 2016?

If Sunday was a sample, then expect carnival-like themes, drums and amazing dance choreographies.

It is becoming more evident that samba and soccer go well.

Brazil will have four years to begin their planning. Somebody start a countdown.
