Jay Cutler #6 of the Chicago Bears speaks to the media after the game against the Minnesota Vikings on December 28, 2014 at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Vikings defeated the Bears 13-9."

The Chicago Bears may look at John Fox and Adam Gase as targets to be the new head coach along with Dan Quinn and Mike Shanahan now that the Broncos have lost and this comes as new general manager Ryan Pace is considering the future of Jay Cutler, as a trade to the Cleveland Browns, Washington Redskins, Tennessee Titans or NY Jets could be options.

The Bears are coming off of a tough season and they fired Marc Trestman and GM Phil Emery after going 5-11 and now Pace has to find a new leader for the team. Pace is young, but the Bears love his past experience and now he has the chance to interview Fox, who parted ways with the Broncos in the Jim Harbaugh way, aka a "mutual split" between the sides. According to ESPN Chicago, Fox is set to interview with the Bears and he likely will look for another head coaching job over a coordinator position after moving on from the Broncos.

The Bears have numerous questions moving forward with Jay Cutler and depending on who the team hires as head coach, he could get traded or the team could affirm support for him. Mike Shanahan obviously would think about keeping Cutler, while names like John Fox, Adam Gase and Dan Quinn have emerged as targets as well.

Pace has not said at all which way he is leaning, but both directions have their benefits and draw backs for the Bears. While Cutler is very expensive and had a bad season, he is still a very solid quarterback and now every team in the league can say that about their potential starter. Trading Cutler could net the team some draft picks and the biggest plus is the cap space, as they likely can turn that into a number of significant players.

Pace was hired from the New Orleans Saints organization and he is now tasked with finding the next head coach and putting together the 53-man roster. According to ESPN.com, the Bears feel that Pace is the right person for the job due to his past resume, as he has extensive background in personnel despite his young age. The Bears head coaching search now will be up to Pace and the decision on Jay Cutler and his future will also be up to the general manager.

The Chicago Bears have Ryan Pace as general manager and now he will be looking to hire a new head coach and names like Dan Quinn, Adam Gase, John Fox, Gary Kubiak and Mike Shanahan have emerged as potential candidates. This comes as the team is considering the future of quarterback Jay Cutler, as a trade could be explored after he was benched towards the end of the season.

The Bears come into the year after winning just five games and after the benching of quarterback Jay Cutler, the team could be a bit of a crossroads. Pace has expertise in scouting and the team likely will focus on the draft in 2015, as the team has some major holes on defense. The offense has strong personnel with Matt Forte, Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery and if they keep Cutler, they could have a bounce back season in 2015.
