The NFL playoffs standings are nearly set for the AFC and NFC, with divisions and wild card races finishing off in Week 17 to set the top seeds and this weekend the Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions, Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos and Chargers all have games with postseason implications.

The NFC East has the Cowboys as the winners of the division, while the NFC North is still up for grabs, with the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions playing Sunday for the title. The same goes for the NFC North, as the Atlanta Falcons will host the Carolina Panthers for the division title, with the loser missing the playoffs. The Seahawks have the chance to win the west and a first round bye in the NFC, while the Lions or Packers should get the second seed over the Cowboys.

The AFC has the New England Patriots as the number one seed with home field advantage, while the Denver Broncos are in line for the number two seed with a win. The Broncos won the AFC West, while the Bengals and Steelers will battle for the AFC North title on Sunday. The Colts have the AFC South title and are the fourth seed, while the Steelers are in fifth and the Chargers are sixth heading into Week 17.

The Ravens and the Texans are still alive along with the Chiefs, but those teams need some help to get in. San Diego can lock in a spot with a win, while the Bengals and Steelers have both clinched playoff berths. The Steelers and Bengals will play for the division title and the loser will end up as a wild card team. The Arizona Cardinals and Packers are currently in the fifth and sixth spots in the NFC, but those can change on Sunday.

The final game of the season is the Bengals and the Steelers and there are a number of other games throughout the day with playoff implications. The Cowboys are basically locked into the three spot and the fourth seed will be the Falcons or the Panthers in the NFC. The NFC South will have a team as the winner with a below .500 record like the Seahawks did a number of years ago and they will get to host a playoff game.
