The Indianapolis Colts and Dallas Cowboys are playing on the Week 16 NFL schedule on Sunday and the matchup from AT&T Stadium is on FOX at 4:25 pm ET and has Tony Romo taking on Andrew Luck and this is a big game for playoff position in the AFC and NFC, as both teams are locked into spots, but the seeding is up in the air a bit.

The Colts come in as division champs once again after winning last week against the Texans and they will play against the Titans to finish the season on the road. The Colts are one of the top teams in the AFC and they likely don't have the chance to get the top seed unless the Pats and Broncos slip up in the final two weeks. The Colts come in as the top passing team in the league in yards per game and they are 10-4 on the season.

Luck has had a huge year and he would be in the MVP conversation more if a couple other players weren't having such great years as well. Luck has nearly 4500 yards this season along with 38 touchdowns and he has put himself in the conversation as one of the best QBs in the league. Luck and the Colts come in after winning four straight and five of the last six, with the last loss being against the Patriots. The team ends the season with the Cowboys and Titans on the road and they are looking to make it through the playoffs this year after losing to the Pats last season.

The Cowboys have the NFC East and the biggest question about this matchup is the status of DeMarco Murray and it will be huge if he can't play in this game. The team comes in ranked third in the league in rushing yards per game this season and they come in after a win against the Eagles. Romo had over 260 yards in that game and they will finish on the road against the Washington Redskins next weekend.

The Cowboys come in having won three of the past four games and four of the last five to put themselves in strong playoff position and they have the chance to win home field in the NFC. Romo has been banged up all year but healthy enough to play, while Murray has been the ironman and is dealing with a hand injury. The Cowboys are one of the favorites in the NFC and this game would put them in position to get one of the top seeds and a bye.
