The Houston Texans may have Arian Foster back for Week 13 on Sunday after missing the last two games with an injury and if he can't go, fantasy football owners should look at Alfred Blue as the best RB handcuff option against the Tennessee Titans.

Foster has been one of the most consistent fantasy backs this season, but he has been dealing with a groin injury and has not been on the field since Week 9. According to ESPN.com reporter Tania Ganguli, Foster is expected to return on Sunday from a groin injury, as the running back feels much healthier heading into this weekend than he did coming into last week's game against the Bengals. Fantasy owners are hoping that Foster can start, as the Titans are one of the worst teams against the rush in the league.

Blue has been a solid replacement for Foster over the past couple games, but he is not the fantasy performer that Foster is. Fantasy owners need Foster back as the playoffs get closer and him coming back and having a big game here would be huge for Week 13 matchups. This season Foster has 822 yards and six 100-yard games in eight games played and he has been itching to get back into the starting lineup for the Texans.

The team is barely hanging on in the playoff race and while it's very unlikely they will make it, a win here would at least get them back to .500 with a 6-6 record after losing to the Bengals. Foster has had at least 100 yards rushing in four of the last five games he has played and he has also scored seven touchdowns this season. Alfred Blue has started three games in place of Foster and this season he has 436 yards rushing and is averaging 3.6 yards per carry.

Over the last two weeks Blue has had over 40 carries and he has put together 200 combined rushing yards against the Bengals and the Browns. The Groin injury came down against the Eagles and after not practicing last week apart Wednesday, he missed the matchup against the Bengals. The tea is hoping that Foster can return, as he is ranked seventh in the league in rushing yards per game this season.
