The MLB offseason has trade rumors starting already and names like Matt Kemp, Troy Tulowitzki, Carlos Gonzalez, Carl Crawford, Andre Ethier, Justin Upton, Giancarlo Stanton, Jeremy Hellickson and Michael Sunders are some of the names that could move this winter and teams like the New York Mets, NY Yankees, LA Dodgers, Seattle Mariners and Baltimore Orioles could be in on the action.

The trade market should be very interesting this season, as the names mentioned above could come up along with players like Yoenis Cespedes or younger players like Taijuan Walker. CBS Sports reports the Mariners may look at some trades along with free agent deals, while the Yankees, Mets and other teams could look into what the Rockies are offering. According to Ken Rosenthal at Fox Sports, the team is finally willing to deal stars Troy Tulowitzki and Carlos Gonzalez, but their injuries issues may keep that from happening.

UPDATE: Michael Cuddyer signed by the Mets.

Hardball Talk reports that the LA Dodgers are looking to clean up their outfield and that means one of their stars could move. The team has Matt Kemp along with Andre Ethier and Carl Crawford and one of those players is likely to get dealt. All three have large contracts and teams could be weary of adding Crawford or Kemp after the injury issues they have had over the past couple years. The Yankees need offense, but they just spent half a billion dollars and they may not want to go crazy again.

The tough thing for the Yankees is the fact that they need to improve and want to make moves, but they don't have the prospects to make trades and they don't want to buy more aging free agents. The toughest part is that most free agents on the market would be the same type of players they just signed, as in aging veterans and that could put the team into a hard place. The team wants to keep David Robertson, but he could end up getting a deal on the market and they also want to add a pitcher to the rotation.

Tulo would be a great option to replace Derek Jeter but he is too injury prone and very expensive, Hanley Ramirez is in the same boat and the Yankees will have to find a way to replace the legend. Last season Tulo was having an MVP year, but injuries derailed that after he started with 21 home runs and 52 RBIs in just 91 games last season CarGo has also been injured over the past couple seasons and he has a big contract as well.

Lester and Shields along with Scherzer are the top pitchers on the market and the Yankees likely will stay away from those names because they will cost a bunch. Shields is an option because he is an innings eater, but he will be looking for a big contract as well. Crawford, Kemp and Either are going to get some attention and the Dodgers would love to move at least one of them to open things up more Yasiel Puig. There will be plenty of talk heading into the winter meetings and there could be some big moves this offseason.
