Buster Posey #28 and Madison Bumgarner #40 of the San Francisco Giants celebrate after defeating the Kansas City Royals to win Game Seven of the 2014 World Series by a score of 3-2 at Kauffman Stadium on October 29, 2014 in Kansas City, Missouri. "

The San Francisco Giants championship parade live stream is live online Friday from California as SF celebrates the World Series win over the Kansas City Royals and the parade coverage is on TV and online from KPIX 5 and Comcast SportsNet starting up at 3 pm ET and 12 pm PT and the celebration is the third in five years and comes after Madison Bumgarner won the MVP and the series with his Game 7 performance.

The Giants won their third championship in three seasons and they did it by fighting some history, as they had never won a Game 7 on the road before. Teams had lost nine straight Game 7 matchups on the road in the World Series and the Giants got it done on a 3-2 score with Madison Bumgarner pitching five innings of relief. The Giants were able to lock things down and the one run they scored in the fourth inning was the difference.

Joe Panik had one of the best plays in World Series history on a huge double play that was confirmed on review and that helped spark the team to the win. Bumgarner ended up getting the save and now he is 4-0 with a 0.25 ERA in his World Series career, which is just insane. The parade begins at Steuart and Market Streets and the team and the city have plenty of experience holding these things over the last chunk of years and this one should be as good as the rest. The Orange and Black colors of the Giants goes well with Halloween and while rain is expected, so are thousands of people.

Mayor Ed Lee said that police will be on hand to deal with the crowds but he doesn't expect things to get out of hand like they did the night the team won. The parade will go down the main way and on Market Street until arriving at Civic Center Plaza and that is where things will end and it is the similar route that the team took back in 2012. Madison Bumgarner will be on hand with his MVP trophy and this marks the third time that the Giants had to celebrate on their opponents field while winning the World Series.

The Giants got things done without their superstar player hitting, as Buster Posey did not have a great series, but it didn't matter. Bumgarner won two games and pitched in a third and that was amazing what he did and it was historic. The Royals won game 6 of the series with a 10-0 score and many Giants fans were worried that was it, as the Royals won two games back in 1985 after coming into the final matchups down 3-2 to win the series. The Giants fought some major history and won the game on the road and both Tim Hudson and Ryan Vogelsong said the team owes it all to Bumgarner.

The way Bumgarner pitched basically makes him a postseason legend and he now is one of just a few players to start two games and pitch in another game. The Giants saw their life flash before their eyes when the ball went past Gregor Blanco in the ninth, but the team made the plays and got it back to Brandon Crawford and they were able to hold Alex Gordon at third. Bumgarner got Sal Perez to pop up and that was all she wrote.
