The Anaheim Ducks and Chicago Blackhawks are playing live on the NHL schedule on Tuesday night and the game is live from 8:30 pm ET and comes from the United Center as Patrick Kane and company host Ryan Getzlaf and one of the best teams in the west and this is a top matchup of teams on the night and has the Hawks coming in after a win.

The Blackhawks come into the game after a 2-1 win against the Ottawa Senators and they will play against the Senators again on Thursday and that will be away after that home game. The Hawks come into the matchup at second in the central division and they have 11 points on the season and are 5-2-1 overall to open things up.

The team comes in at third in the league in goals allowed and they have done it without Corey Crawford and he looks to be returning soon. The team is third in penalty kill percentage and that is big for the team after they struggled there last season. Darling will start again for the team and now Marian Hossa and company will look to keep their strong start going. Jonathan Toews and Brent Seabrook scored in the win over the Senators and both of those players have started the season well.

Joe Pavelski scored his fifth goal of the year already in the win for the Sharks over the Ducks and now Anaheim must bounce back after getting hit by San Jose. The team has been off to a great start with 14 points and they are first in the Pacific division and have been as good as anyone in the league. The team, plays against the Blues next and they come into things ranked seventh in goals per game and goals against this season.

The Blackhawks opened the season winning four of five games and then lost two in a row before the matchup with the Senators. The team made the west finals last year and lost to the Kings a year after winning the Cup and now they are looking to get back there and coming up they have tough games, including a Canada swing. The team plays against the Senators and then the Maple Leafs before the Jets and then they have an Orginial six matchup with Montreal.
