Manchester City and West Ham are playing live on the Barclays English Premier League schedule on Saturday and the game is from Upton Park as the Citizens visit and the match is on NBC for the TV coverage and will be streaming from the NBCSN Live Extra website at 7:45 am ET for the first EPL game of the day.

Man City comes into the weekend at second in the Premier League standings and this gives the Citizens a chance to cut into the lead of Chelsea. West Ham has not won against Man City in quite some time and last season they lost four times over all leagues against Manchester. The Citizens have been able to score quite a bit in these matchups and they have allowed only one goal over four games and they have scored 14 in the matchups.

Man City comes into the match after winning against Tottenham at home and they also pulled a draw on the road against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League. Man City has been one of the top scoring teams in the EPL and coming up they have some tough matchups on the schedule. The team won away against Aston Villa and had another draw in the Champions League with Roma and they also won away against Hull City.

Man City opened the season with a loss against Stoke City and after that they pulled a draw away against Arsenal. The team lost to Bayern Munich away in the Champions League and they will have the return games coming up on the schedule. Man City has Swansea City coming up and then they will host Bayern before matchups with Southampton and Sunderland.

West Ham last won away against Burnley and before that they won at home against QPR after losing to Man United on the road at Old Trafford. West Ham had a nice win against Liverpool at home and that has helped keep the team in the top five and they are looking to stay there for the time being. The schedule after this matchup has Stoke City, Aston Villa, Everton and Sunderland and later in December after Christmas the team plays against Chelsea and that will be a tough match at Stamford Bridge.

West Ham comes into things in the top four and that is an accomplishment at this point of the season and they will be trying to pull out a win or at least some points here. West Ham has gotten some solid play from Diafra Sakho and Enner Valencia and this would be a huge for the Hammers at this point in the year.
