English Premier League Table: Chelsea Leads EPL Standings Over Man City, Liverpool and Manchester United

The English Premier League table has Chelsea leading the EPL standings once again and after that the Barclays table has Manchester City, Southampton West Ham, Liverpool and Manchester United in the top spots and they are leading Arsenal, Swansea City, Tottenham, Stoke City and Hull City after the schedule picked up this weekend after a break for international play.

Man United still plays on Monday, while Chelsea remains in the top spot on the table and they have a nice cushion heading into their last game. The team has a five point lead over Manchester City and they have continues to be the best team in the Premier League. Chelsea is leading in goals scored and they are second in goals allowed and they have the best differential in the league heading into matchups this week.

Man City has been playing very well and they come in with 17 points and they are leading Southampton by one in the standings. Southampton is in third by three points over West Ham and Liverpool, while the next bunch of teams are tied with 11 points and will be looking to separate soon. Liverpool is on top of Man United for the moment, but that could change if they win on Monday. The team is there with Arsenal, Swansea City, Tottenham and Stoke, while Hull City and Everton are next in the standings.

Man City won big over Tottenham this weekend with a score of 4-1, while Southampton also won to keep pace in the standings. West Ham won and Arsenal pulled a draw with Hull City, while Everton blanked Aston Villa 3-0 in the matchup. Liverpool won away against QPR, while Stoke City won over Swansea and Newcastle won over Leicester. Chelsea won again and this time it was away against Crystal. Man United has the final game of the week and it's against West Brom at 3 pm ET.

Chelsea has their next match against Maribor on the Champions League schedule and after that they have some big games coming up in the Premier League. The team plays against Liverpool at Anfield after that and then the team has West Brom and Sunderland on the schedule before a matchup with Tottenham. Chelsea was one of the best teams in the EPL last season, but they broke down as the end of the season got close. The team has the lead now and they hope to stay there for the whole season.
