The Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs are playing live on the NBA preseason schedule on Saturday and the matchup is live from the AT&T Center and it starts up past 8:30 pm ET and it comes after Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and the Heat got their first win of the exhibition season and they will continue their Texas team swing with the Rockets next.
Miami comes in after a win against the Golden State Warriors on Friday and that was their first victory of the preseason and they are now 1-4. The Spurs are just 1-2 and this is a rematch of the NBA finals from last year but of course LeBron James is now gone. Miami signed Luol Deng this offseason and he could be the best signing past James and the Heat are looking to have a strong year post James.
The Heat next play against the Rockets and that will be at home after the Spurs matchup, while San Antonio has the Sacramento Kings next after playing Miami. The Spurs come in after a loss against the Phoenix Suns and the Spurs are looking to repeat as champs after defeating Miami in the finals. The Spurs are set to be one of the best teams in the west again and Miami feels they can win the division despite losing LeBron.
