The Cincinnati Bengals and fantasy football owners may have AJ Green on the field in Week 7, as Marvin Lewis left the door open to him playing and along with AJ, some fantasy start options for this week include Giovani Bernard, Mohamed Sanu, Jermaine Gresham and Jeremy Hill for Andy Dalton, as the team has a prime matchup with the Indianapolis Colts in Week 7.

The Bengals played to a tie with the Panthers this weekend and Sanu was the top performer in the matchup and he could be a favorite target for Andy Dalton moving forward until Green returns. Brandon Tate made it into the endzone, but he is not a consistent option on offense, as he is more of a special teams player. Tate is an option in deeper leagues, while Gresham could see some increased targets with Green on the sidelines and even if he plays, Green is likely to be a bit limited.

Green is going to be out of the lineup again this weekend after missing out on practice through the week and that means fantasy owners will have to look elsewhere. Sanu is the best option for Green with him on the sidelines and Sanu has already shown that he can perform even when Green is on the field and that sets him up to have a solid game. Brandon Tate is also an option and he comes in after scoring a TD last week and that could lead to him to get some more targets. Tate has speed and is more of a special teams player and he could be a pickup in deeper leagues with Green out.

This season Green has 17 catches for 314 yards and two scores in just four games and this is the first time that Green has missed time since his rookie season. Last year Green had a huge season with 98 catches for 1426 yards and 11 touchdowns and over the past two seasons he has had 22 scores. Andy Dalton needs to get things going and Sanu likely will be the top option for the Bengals at WR on targets with Green out.

With Green out of the lineup, Sanu and Dane Sanzenbacher will get a boost and the newly signed Greg Little could also be an option in deeper leagues. Sanu is the best option at WR and the game could see more of a role with Giovani Bernard and Jeremy Hill, as they could get the ball more with Green out. Andy Dalton needs the running game to work with Green out and both Hill and Bernard could have strong games.

Bernard comes in after rushing for over 130 yards and scoring a TD on 17 carries last week and he also added another four catches for 20 yards and he is putting together quite a season. Bernard has 384 yards rushing and he is well on his way to beating his total from last season and he also has been strong out of the backfield with 18 catches for 178 yards. Hill has been a solid backup for Bernard and he comes in after scoring a touchdown last week and he now has 155 yards on the day and he could be an option in deeper leagues for this weekend.
