Start Em Sit Em Fantasy RBs Week 7: DeMarco Murray, Jonathan Stewart, Lamar Miller, Ben Tate, Reggie Bush, Mark Ingram Options

The fantasy football Week 7 schedule has some RBs as Start Em or Sit Em options, as DeMarco Murray, Jonathan Stewart, Ben Tate, Reggie Bush, Mark Ingram, DeAngelo Williams, Lamar Miller, Stevan Ridley, Donald Brown and Ryan Mathews come into the weekend injured or on their way back from injury and that means fantasy owners need to be aware of who will be playing this weekend.

This past weekend saw a number of major injuries, including to Stevan Ridley and Knowshon Moreno and now those RBs will be out for the season. Brandon Bolden takes over the backup spot to Shane Vereen with the injury and that makes him a solid pickup along with James White, who could see more of a role now as a rookie. Moreno is out for the season after signing with the Dolphins in the offseason and that means Lamar Miller will be starting moving forward and he is a potential RB1 with the way he has been playing.

Murray comes into the week dealing with an illness and he has been the best back and best player in the league this season. Murray already has 159 carries for 785 yards and he has gone over 100 yards in all six games. Murray is looking like one of the best options anyone drafted in the entire league and he has six touchdowns and 21 receptions along with that. Murray is going to shatter his previous career highs of 217 carries for 1124 yards at this pace and he also had a high of nine TDs last season. His illness will not keep him out against the Giants and while NY is a tough matchup, he is playing just too well to even think of sitting him.

Moreno being out opens the door for Miller to stay in the starting role and he has been playing well in recent weeks and while he is dealing with a knee injury, he is expected to play against the Bears in Week 7. Miller is a strong start option unless his injury status changes. The Patriots have some interesting options at RB and while James White and Brandon Bolden are solid pickups, they may not be the best start options right away. Shane Vereen will be the starting back and owners should wait and see how the Pats use their backs behind Vereen with Ridley done for the year.

Ben Tate is back after dealing with an injury earlier in the season and he has now rushed for over 200 yards in the past two games. Tate started off with a big game coming back and now he plays against the Jaguars and that could be a very good matchup for him and fantasy owners. Jonathan Stewart is coming back after dealing with an injury and all reports have him ready for Week 7. Stewart has been ailing and with DeAngelo Williams out, Darrin Reaves has been getting the starter touches. Reggie Bush is also back at practice and he is expected to play against the Saints and is a strong option as long as he is all healed up.
