The Fantasy Football Week 4 is schedule is nearly over and some waiver wire and free agents options for Week 5 include Larry Donnell, Eddie Royal, Jerick McKinnon, Lorenzo Taliaferro, Terrance Williams, Justin Forsett and Steve Smith, as those players stepped up this weekend and could be strong starter options moving forward in certain leagues.

This week had some great performances and one of the best was from Larry Donnell on Thursday night and if he is somehow still available in fantasy leagues, go after him right away. Donnell used his athletic build to totally dominate the Redskins and he ended up with three touchdowns in the game and has been one of the most consistent options for Eli Manning this season. Eddie Royal has been a strong option in San Diego along with Keenan Allen, while Terrance Williams could be a sleeper option going forward.

The Ravens have found a way to move on with Ray Rice, as Lorenzo Taliaferro and Justin Forsett have been strong and they have continued to win without him. Bernard Peirce owners thought they were getting a sleeper in him, but injuries and poor play have given way to Lorenzo Taliaferro and Forsett and those should be the main options for fantasy owners for the time being. The Vikings have had to replace Adrian Peterson and so far that has gone well with Jerick McKinnon and Matt Asiata having strong games on Sunday.

McKinnon had over 100 yards for the first time in his career and right now he is available in most leagues, while Asiata scored again and has shown that he can be a consistent option. Andre Williams is another young player to look at, as he ended dup with a nice amount of carries against the Redskins once that game turned into a blowout for the Giants. Steve Smith had a fantastic game against his old team in the Carolina Panthers and now he has the most receiving yards in the league through four weeks. Smith may not be able to keep it up, but right now he is looking like a major starter option moving forward with the Ravens. Alfred Blue is another player to watch, as he has been getting carries with Arian Foster hobbled and he could start again if Foster has to miss any time.

The Browns were on a bye week this past weekend, but they have Isaiah Crowell and Terrance West as options at running back with Ben Tate as he comes back from an injury. The team also has Miles Austin and Andrew Hawkins stepping up for Brian Hoyer with Josh Gordon out and Hawkins could be a nice pick after he made seven catches for 87 yards last week in the win for the Browns.

The fantasy football heads into Week 4 and some sleepers, free agent pickups and waiver options to start or sit for the next NFL weekend include Allen Robinson, Donald Brown, Matt Asiata, Jordan Matthews, Terrance West, Bobby Rainey, Jeremy Kerley, Brian Quick, Blake Bortles and Alfred Blue, as those players have the chance to step up for various reasons and could be the key to winning FF matchups. Fantasy owners have to be smart and with four weeks gone already, standings are starting to take shape.
